Came across Belle Heir whilst flicking through the pages of Papier Mache Magazine (one of my absolute favourites - I could get lost looking at it's pages for hours) and it was instant LOVE!!Belle Heir was created out of a love of fine vintage and an appreciation of the detail that once went into the construction of clothing.
